Senator Marvin Blyden tested positive for Covid-19 twice on Wednesday, Sept. 15, first at the V.I. Legislature and a second time through a test performed at the V.I. Dept. of Health. Even so, Mr. Blyden after two days went to an entertainment function that had roughly 70 people in attendance.
